Grow Your Coaching Business Because Of The Recession
Don’t Know What You Are Worth?
Then figure it out. Call previous clients and ask them to monetize what you are worth. Ask them, how much faster did they grow? How much faster someone got a job? How much more profits a company made because you were there?
I’m frequently amazed that the coaches I work with have not thought about their value. Just imagine, when one of your clients is facing the “which solution to my problem is the best” question there is only one thing they will use to determine which of the several options they have will be best . . . it’s which one will be the most valuable. And, frankly, who should know more about what you are worth than you. So if you don’t know your value then how can you help your clients recognize that value? You can’t.
It starts with you knowing your value, gathering that info from your clients. Actually, you can help your clients better define your value as they experience it, and then ask them to monetize what you are worth. Capture that information, and use it in your marketing.
You’ll be amazed at the results you get. I guarantee it.
Back to the career coach. You can also help employees of an organization that’s hired you find their value, and improve on it. Once someone knows what he’s worth, or the value that he sees from the super performers in the organization, he has a clear target to shoot for. And a career coach can help him get there.
Therefore, use this tool to turn average employees into super performing employees and the organization will thank you. Be sure to know how much value you bring to those employees and the companies, and then use that in your next message to these companies laying off. Get just one of them to say what they got from your and you’ll be in demand BECAUSE of this economy.
